Thai Seafood Fried Rice
5 cups rice
2 medium sized squids
1 red onion
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
½ tablespoon sugar
3 spring onions
10 medium sized black tiger shrimps
100 grams chicken breast fillet
2 large tomatoes
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons white soy sauce
2 lemons, halved
30 coriander leaves
Add vegetable oil to a hot pan, quickly sauté the garlic, add chicken, shrimps and squids until cooked.
Flavour with soy sauce, sugar, then add the rice. Push the rice to the side of the pan, add the rest of the oil, crack the eggs and mix with the rice.
Add tomatoes and red onion and combine. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with fish sauce and lemon.
Devein the black tiger shrimps, slice the squid horizontally into small rings and thinly slice the chicken.
Cut the tomatoes into 8 parts, slice the red onion lengthwise and cut the spring onion into short stems, using only the green part.
Slice the cucumber into a medium width.
For more spice, add chopped fresh chllies to the fish sauce.
Can change the seafood ingredients to other kinds of meat up to your favor.
