Spicy Seafood Salad


100 grams  shrimps
100 grams  squid
100 grams  mussels
½ cup  onion, sliced
½ cup  spring onion, chopped
¼ cup  Chiness celery, chopped lettuce leaves


 For the dressing:

1 tablespoon garlic
8 pcs  bird’s eye chillies
2 tablespoon fish sauce
2 ½  tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
Pound the garlic and chillies in a pestle and mortar until well combined. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and set aside.


1. Blanch the shrimps, squid and mussels, then put them into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the vegetables, and dressing, toss until well combined.
3. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
