Sauteed Prawns with Grape Tomatoes and White Wine

  • 2 lbs SEA PORT Prawns
  • 3 Tbsp pilve oil
  • 1 lb grape tomatoes (yellow and red)
  • 3 shallots, peeled and chopped
  • 3/8 Tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • ¾ Tsp salt
  • 3/8 Tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 3 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped


Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots, grape tomatoes and red pepper flakes and saute for 2 minutes. Add garlic and saute for another 30 seconds. Place prawns in skillet and season with salt and pepper. Saute until just pink, about 3 minutes. Add wine and parsley to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute to concentrate flavors. Serve immediately.
